These Terms of Service govern usage of deckora.app and associated mobile applications operated by OWCA TECH, UNIPESSOAL LDA. By accessing the Services, you consent to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
Users may only utilize the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Misuse and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, card illustrations, and software - are the exclusive property of OWCA Tech and protected by international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works requires prior written consent.
3. Mobile Applications
Mobile applications are distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Usage is also subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The company offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions processed by the respective platforms.
- All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law
- Refund requests go through platform standard processes
- We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information
- Regional pricing variations apply
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscription details are displayed at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Accounts are charged within 24 hours of renewal at the existing rate. Management and cancellation occur through App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Deckora is a tool for self-reflection and does not constitute professional psychological or medical advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWCA Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to Service usage. Liability caps at amounts paid within the preceding twelve months.
7. Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations or harmful conduct.
8. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be revised at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of updates.
9. Governing Law
Portuguese law governs these Terms. Disputes fall under Viseu, Portugal court jurisdiction.
